NOMINATE YOUTH FOR RECOGNITION
Novi Youth Assistance looking for students who go above and beyond
The City of Novi is fortunate to have young leaders who give freely of their time and talents for the betterment of their organization, school, family or community.

These acts of service often take place behind the scenes, but Novi Youth Assistance wants to recognize them for going above and beyond.

If you know of a young person who is presently a Novi resident and deserves to be honored, complete the Youth Recognition Nomination Form and return it to Novi Youth Assistance no later than Friday, February 19.

Students in grades 7-12 are eligible, this includes students who have grown in maturity, developed self-esteem and have gained a sense of responsibility. Some examples of service include: tutoring, hospital or nursing home service, beautification activities, school service projects, as well as significant academic or social improvement.

All candidates will be evaluated on the basis of the information provided, so please be sure to include any relevant information that would help during the selection process. Nominees will be honored with a Certificate of Recognition.
