After a 4:00 AM arrival at the Richmond, VA airport and a long day of traveling, we were greeted at the San Pedro Sula airport by Nury and Elmer, both full of smiles and hugs! Shirley started the trip off as a great team leader. We all arrived safely to Honduras without any mishaps, missing luggage, or team members! The bus ride to Alfredo's House (our home for the week) was interesting to say the least. We were traveling in the midst of a political parade. We have had an amazing dinner cooked by Margarita and her daughter, Lillian. Sean's birthday is today and Neal's was yesterday; therefore we surprised them with a party, to include silly photo props! Crystal prepared a wonderful devotional with prayer asking God to prepare us for the week! Before getting some rest for our busy day tomorrow, we enjoyed the fellowship around the table, talking and playing games.
