Windows 10 - A Step Back And A Step Forward It looks as though Microsoft is going to recover again. Let me clarify this intentionally vague and provocative statement. On July 29th, Windows 10 - the newest version of the Microsoft operating system - will be available and based on early reviews and beta tester feedback, it will be received with much greater warmth than Windows 8.
