Five QuickBooks Features You Should Know

Every year, new features appear in QuickBooks and go quietly unnoticed by even knowledgeable and advanced users. And with a presumed release of QuickBooks 2014 this fall, it is reasonable to assume that an additional set of new features will appear in the software and, unfortunately, go unnoticed and unused. Before we have even more new features to learn about, and in the spirit of making the most of what we already have, let us look at five key QuickBooks features that every person working with or supporting the application should know.

Tips for Selecting Technology

Because of recent improvements to the economic outlook in the United States and around the world, many businesses - both small and large - are considering updates and improvements to their information technology (IT) infrastructure. Microsoft Releases Outlook App for iPad And iPhone

Following on the heels of releasing the Office Mobile app for the iOS, Microsoft released Outlook Web Apps (OWA) for both iPhone and iPad users on July 16. Both of these apps provide a relatively rich user experience for those wishing to access their Exchange Online-based email accounts.

Windows 8 Market Share Slowly Increases

According to numbers published by Net Applications, the market share for Windows 8 increased to slightly more than 5% during the month of June. This places Windows 8 in third place, according to Net Applications numbers, distantly behind Windows 7 and Window XP, and narrowly ahead of Mac OS X 10.8.
