It is hard to believe another year has come and gone. For most, 2013 seemed to offer as many challenges as blessing, but we are grateful for the many blessings. It has been our pleasure at The Bread Beckers, Inc. to serve you in 2013 and we look forward to a fabulous year ahead. We have some exciting ideas (ie "Ladies Night Out" for February) and plans for the coming year. Let us help you eat healthy, lose weight, and exercise.
Sue is passionate about showing you how easy (and delicious) it is to eat healthy foods and to live a healthy lifestyle. Her 7 steps to a Healthy Lifestyle are not only easy to follow, but also very rewarding. Incorporating "real bread" into a diet consisting of other real foods can bring noticeably improved health.
Sue will expose the myths about what is healthy and what is not and present the truth in an easy to implement style. The classes will be a combination of teaching and cooking demonstration.
Great information and great food each week.
