LAGFF provides fun and exciting opportunities for volunteers who want to learn more about the film business while also connecting to Greek culture. Volunteers can apply in the following areas:
Event Production - Help to execute events during the festival
Box Office - Promote ticket sales and join the check-in team
Hospitality - Work in our Hospitality Lounge to host guests
Marketing - Conduct community outreach to promote attendance
Social Media - Promote the festival on YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram
Development - Help build our Donor and Sponsor database
Transportation - Offer a lift and help run tasks during the festival

 LAGFF 2016 begins June 1. With a record number of films, we once again kick off our HOST A FILMMAKER campaign.
How can you help?
You can contribute to our fund to help offset expenses for our visiting filmmakers. T o make a donation, click here.
Can you or your company donate frequent flyer miles or cover the expense of a flight? Or, perhaps you can help find host families in Los Angeles willing to open their homes to filmmakers during the days of this year's festival. LAGFF will be held June 1-5, 2016 at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, 6712 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028.
We seek homes that are within 10 miles (or a reasonable distance) from the theater and can provide a private room (ideally with separate bath) for approximately 5-6 days (arrival/departure dates will vary) for 1-2 filmmakers.
As the festival activities last all day, the filmmakers will only be in your home to shower, change, and sleep. Filmmakers staying in host homes will have their own transportation (rental car). Hosts are not expected to provide any other amenities, such as meals, etc.
