LAGFF is offering three tax-deductible Greek holiday destination packages which are available for purchase: Regina Dell'Acqua Resort, Kinsterna Hotel & Spa, and Aristi Mountain Resort. All reasonable offers above the minimum will be considered.

SHORTS SHOWCASE SCRIPT COMPETITION GREEK WINNERS
 First place of the Greek category in the 2013 Shorts Showcase script competition goes to Jim Kopatsaris for his script A DAY IN THE LIFE. Set in Greece during the early 1960s, the story follows a young man who learns a family secret that turns his world upside down.
Stavroula Kalogeras's script THE GODDESS WITHIN takes the runner-up position, and is a tale about a modern-day Greek goddess destined to relive an ancient myth. LAGFF 2013 ORPHEUS AWARD WINNERS
The Seventh Annual Los Angeles Greek Film Festival concluded on Sunday, June 9 at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills, with the closing night U.S Premiere of Kimon Tsakiris' documentary, MITSIGAN-HARDSHIP & BEAUTIES. The evening included the presentation of this year's Orpheus Awards, including:

Project Discovery Forum, MFI Scholarship The Orpheus Awards and Closing Night event concluded the four-day festival, which welcomed record audiences to its over 30 screenings, Q&As and Industry Panels.
