RENOWNED GREEK FILMMAKER TO HEAD JURY
 Tassos Boulmetis single-handedly reinvigorated and changed the landscape of Greek cinema when his film A TOUCH OF SPICE (POLITIKI KOUZINA) was released in 2003.
A UCLA graduate and a connoisseur of Greek film, Boulmetis has agreed to chair this year's jury, which is comprised of a team of groundbreaking film scholars, reviewers and professionals.

THE PROJECT DISCOVERY FORUM
 The purpose of the Project Discovery Forum is to enhance development and production possibilities for filmmakers of Greek and Balkan descent, as well as international filmmakers who wish to make a film in Greece or with a Greek theme. The participants present their projects to a panel of six professionals who are active in the world of film development and production. The participants also have the opportunity to participate in pitch practice sessions as well as receive one-on-one screenplay feedback prior to the panel. The Aegean Award winner will be announced at the Orpheus Awards ceremony. PDF events are for participants only and will be held throughout the festival. THE ARTS OF HOLLYWOOD PRODUCTION INDUSTRY PANEL
 Pabst Brewing Company and the Metropoulos Family also present this year's educational panel, The Arts of Hollywood Production. Four top and award-winning Hollywood professionals present their art and work processes, illuminating how each contributes to the making of a story told with images.
