BridgePay continues to progress in our effort to support end to end EMV certifications with various merchant processors. EMV certification is a three step process for BridgePay in order to certify our gateway and products for EMV. First, BridgePay had to build EMV products (aka middleware) to support EMV data collection with all types of POS systems, and this task is complete.  Second, we had to code and certify to new processor specific EMV specs for each merchant processor. This effort has been completed for First Data Omaha, First Data Rapid Connect, TSYS, and Vantiv, and will soon be completed for Heartland, Chase Paymentech, Global Payments, Elavon, and Moneris. Finally, we are required to certify each of our EMV products paired with a specific device to each processor, allowing EMV to be "turned on" at the merchant level.  We have begun this process with First Data.

EMV has been, and will continue to be, a tedious process, but BridgePay has every intention of delivering EMV certifications to our partners in time for the EMV liability shift in October 2015. We recognize that partners have merchants looking for solutions and answers on a daily basis. BridgePay has built a very capable POS integration roadmap to allow our integrated partners to deliver an out of scope solution for both PCI and EMV. As BridgePay continues to reach milestones in the overall EMV process, we will keep our partners posted.
