Thank you again for participating in this exciting pilot program. As promised, we now have some compost available for your use.
The compost will be available at Mack Park from Monday April 20 through Sunday May 3, 2015. Directions: Take Mason St. to Tremont St.; take a left at the pillars; go through the parking lot staying to the left of the circular driveway. The compost pile will be next to the house by the vegetable garden.
Each participating household is entitled to bring their 12 gallon compost toter and fill it half way-approximately 6 gallons. This will be done on the honor system, so if some participants take excess compost there may not be enough available for the entire group.
Should you need additional compost, Black Earth Compost is now available for sale at Crosby's Market on Canal Street-Salem, MA.
