Things to do and see in New Orleans

Ashland Belle Helene Plantation Home

Photographic Open House to Leica Society members and friends!

To visit New Orleans and not visit one of  the grand old plantation homes along the famous River Road is like taking one's café au lait without a beignet.  It's very good but the experience is incomplete.

Until now.  For this event, Shell Chemical, the home's owner, has graciously agreed to open Ashland/Belle Helene for us to visit and photograph.

Spring Shoot Hotel Update!

Where should I stay in New Orleans during the Spring Shoot?

Early response to this year's Spring Shoot has exceeded our expectations. So much so, that our room block at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel has sold out.

However! There are several charming hotels in the French Quarter that are only a short walking distance away. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of alternate hotels.

Call now to make your room reservations.
