25 years serving the South Dallas/Fair Park neighborhood!
First Celebration of the Year
SouthFair's 25th Reunion

In recognition of SouthFair's 25th birthday we held a reunion reception at the African American Museum. The reunion was an acknowledgement and historical celebratory moment for all of SouthFair's board and staff. We had a number of individuals that have been involved with SouthFair success over the many years to attend.

This is just the first of many events this year. Next we will host a fundraising event. More information to come.

Thanks to everyone for their support!

As always, thanks to our Board of Directors who donate their time and other resources. To learn more about SouthFair's board please visit our website.

A Closing to Kick Start the 2016 Year

SouthFair started the first quarter of the year with a sale to the Williams family. These parents and their children were ecstatic to be able to purchase one of our homes. Thanks to the Dallas Home Connection for providing this mortgage ready family.

Congrats to the Williams family!
Thanks Gold Financial

Another Senior Outing

Our seniors from AYA Village and Ethel Parnell Place Apartments enjoyed seeing the movie, The Race, at the new Alamo Drafthouse Theater. They very much look forward to their outings. SouthFair is thrilled to be able to continue sending our seniors on well deserved and needed outings.

With the help of donations, SouthFair's Senior Care program provides services that assist in improving the seniors quality of life.
Donate $25 for 25 Years

In recognition of our 25th birthday how about donating $25? With your help we can continue to do what we do best, revitalize the neighborhood in which we serve by:
  • building very much needed developments such as affordable housing,
  • providing homebuyer counseling that helps families improve not only their credit but their sense of financial responsibility,
  • improving the quality of life for our seniors, and
  • allowing for our small staff to stay afloat to address the concerns of the community.
Please feel free to drop by our office to provide a donation ,use the pledge form to mail in a donation or donate online. All donors will receive a receipt and a letter of acknowledgment.

Thanks for the birthday gift!
