SouthFair Turns 25!

SouthFair officially turns 25 this year. SouthFair was incorporated October 8, 1991.We've been serving the South Dallas/Fair Park neighborhood ever since. We are eager to celebrate this momentous occasion with the board, staff, partners and the community.

We ended 2015 with a board/staff holiday dinner and look forward to celebrating SouthFair's 25th birthday in 2016!

Closed on Two Houses in the 4th Quarter

The last months of the year usually slow down but fortunately for SouthFair, we were able to close on two houses. In October and December we welcomed two more families into Fair Park Estates.

We ended 2015 by closing on 9 houses. Thanks to the residents for believing and trusting in SouthFair and South Dallas. Also thanks to the City of Dallas and SouthFair's partners for making a way for families to purchase homes from SouthFair. We appreciate the support!
