Greetings!
Older homes have specific inspection concerns that most modern homes do not.  If a home inspection is a visual analysis, that means there are parts of the house that are not visible, not inspected, but important for a home buyer to know.  When...before they buy the house.  In our most recent blog, Sewer Backup we discuss the risk of underground sewer pipe problems and the costs associated.

Don't forget to check out our website to view other specific agent information and tips about home inspections.
