Happy July 4th! I cannot believe it's July already! We wish you and your family a happy and safe 4th of July! Don't let summer fly by too fast... I hope you get some opportunities to get to the beach and relax! This week, to escape the heat, my wife and I enjoyed quick trip to Zuma Beach - hope you too can find some time to enjoy our beautiful beaches to escape this warm weather. Here are couple quick announcements to keep you informed:
WVCC has a fantastic VBS program for children: If you want some quiet evenings... at the beach... and would like you kids to enjoy group games, crafts, snacks and Bible story... contact West Valley Christian Church for information @ 818-884-6480. July 20-24th, 6:15-8:30pm. My children have served as leaders and enjoyed serving families in the community at WVCC - VBS. COST: $20.00 for first time children.
Enrollment update: Enrollment in Preschool and Kindergarten is the highest ever! Do you know someone who would make a fantastic addition to our school? Although we are increasing in enrollment, we still have openings in all other grades. Our prayer is that we can find great families like you! to join WVCS! Uniforms: This will be our last year using Dennis uniforms. We will allow you to wear old Dennis uniforms but this year we will be transitioning to discounted top @ $17.00 instead of $25.00 (Dennis Uniforms). Please contact school office for details. Summer Camp is huge the year - with 80 campers!
