PRX Summary of EPA Final Rule on RFS for 2014-2016

As we expected, the EPA made no change in its methods of determining RVOs for 2014, 2015, and 2016 -- and thus PRX has made no changes in its forecast levels of conventional ethanol production, exports, imports, and domestic use.
