EIA Weekly Data: For the latest week of 13-Nov-15, ethanol production was 14.947 billion gallons annualized, down 107 mil gals from the previous week--and with a weekly residual error of 1.212 bil gals. Refiner input was 13.337 bil gals annualized, up 31 mil gals from last week, and the calculated inclusion rate for the 134.153 bil gals of mogas receiving ethanol was 9.94%. About 96.65% of all mogas (with 138.798 bil gals annualized) did indeed receive ethanol. Ethanol stocks were up 17 mil gals to 808 mil gals.
Page 2 has the 2015 year-to-date annualized average of EIA's weekly U.S. product supplied of finished motor gasoline at 140.103 bil gals, of which 134.904 bil gals received ethanol. Thus, on average, 96.36% of all mogas received ethanol at an average blend rate of 9.97%.
Page 3 has OPIS's 2015 Friday RIN prices all rising a few cents from last Friday's prices and continuing to rise this week. The 2015 D5/D6 RIN price spread is currently around 17 cents.
Page 4 has EIA weekly ethanol production around 15 bil gals annualized for the first three weeks of November. It also has revised PRX estimates for Conventional biofuel demand that is likely to be released in EPA's Final Rule: 13.6 bil gals for 2014, 14.21 bil gals for 2015, & 14.38 bil gals for 2016.
