EIA Weekly Data: For the latest week of 18-Sept-15, ethanol production was 14.38 billion gallons annualized, down 353 mil gals from the previous week--and with a weekly residual error of -25 mil gals. Refiner input was 13.674 bil gals annualized, up 215 mil gals from last week, and the calculated inclusion rate for the 136.376 bil gals of mogas receiving ethanol was 10.03%. About 96.54% of all mogas (with 141.266 bil gals annualized) did indeed receive ethanol. Ethanol stocks were up 26 mil gals to 794 mil gals. EIA weekly data had ethanol imports at 12.936 mil gals last week, increasing the weekly import data to 32.046 mil gals for 2015 YTD. In our weekly report, we have been using EIA's Petroleum Supply Monthly import and export data to estimate weekly imports & exports because EIA weekly data does not contain ethanol exports. Using these assumption, 2015 YTD ethanol imports are 27 mil gals and exports are 847 mil gals (see pg 2). Page 3 has OPIS's 2015 Friday RIN prices all increasing a few cents, with D4's making the largest gain of 7 cents to 45.63 cents. As of yesterday, all these 2015 RIN prices are nearly unchanged only falling a cent or less from Friday's prices. Page 4 has last weeks JSA's Nebraska Group 3 ethanol margins falling nearly two pennies to 34.8 cents.
