EIA Weekly Data: For the latest week of 21-Aug-15, ethanol production was 14.594 billion gallons annualized, unchanged from the previous week--and with a weekly residual error of -6 mil gals. Refiner Input was 13.843 bil gals annualized, down 77 mil gals from last week, and the calculated inclusion rate for the 138.001 bil gals of MoGas receiving ethanol was 10.03%. About 97.96% of all MoGas (with 140.867 bil gals annualized) did indeed receive ethanol. Ethanol stocks were up 3 mil gals. Page 2 has EIA's Petroleum Supply Monthly 2015 year-to-date ethanol export annualized average at 867 mil gals. The EIA weekly data does not publish an export number, so we're using the latest available monthly number to estimate weekly exports on page 1. Page 3 has OPIS's 2015 Friday RIN prices all falling and the D5/D6 RIN price spread continuing to decline. This spread should continue to decline and return back to normal levels when EPA hopefully issues its Final Rule in November. Page 4 has weekly ethanol production declining slowly over the past two months now and the EIA is forecasting the next few months of production to continue declining, but staying above 14 bil gals annualized.
