Ethanol Update: Production Down, Refiner Input Up, Stocks Down

EIA Weekly Data: For the latest week of 7-Aug-15, ethanol production was 14.793 billion gallons annualized, up 61 mil gals from the previous week--and with a weekly residual error of 270 mil gals. Refiner Input was 13.766 bil gals annualized, down 184 mil gals from last week, and the calculated inclusion rate for the 138.629 bil gals of MoGas receiving ethanol was 9.93%. About 93.36% of all MoGas (with 148.486 bil gals annualized) did indeed receive ethanol. Ethanol stocks were down 30 mil gals.
 
Page 2 has the 2015 year-to-date average of annualized ethanol production at 14.664 bil gals vs. EIA's latest August STEO forecast of 14.506 bil gals up 123 mil gals from last months forecast.
 
Page 3 has OPIS's 2015 Friday RIN prices finally changing direction, moving up a few cents, but the gains appear to be fading with this weeks prices.
 
Page 4 has Nebraska Group 3 ethanol margins falling 3 cents last week to 31.6 cents.
