As 2013 winds to a close, and the holidays are upon us, all of us here at the Summit Resort Hotel, St. Maarten would like to take a moment to reflect on all the things we are thankful for.  

We are, of course, thankful for the beautiful island we live on including its gentle rolling hills, beautiful beaches, breathtaking views and, at its heart, the people of St. Maarten who are our neighbors, coworkers and friends. We are thankful for the staff and suppliers of the Summit Resort Hotel who are the lifeblood of the hotel and who strive, every day, to ensure our guests a wonderful visit and to think of the Summit as their home away from home whenever they are here.  

Most important, we are thankful for all of you who come to visit us here at the Summit, without whom we would have no reason for being. Many of you have been visiting us for decades, many others have come to know us more recently. All of you are cherished guests and, in what makes our relationship so special, so many of you have become part of our extended family.  

As the calendar turns to the year 2014, we wish all of you good health, much happiness with family and friends over the holidays and all the best in the year to come. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to the Summit!
