North Hall Park Grand Opening

The Hall County Board of Commissioners is hosting a grand opening for the new North Hall Park on Saturday, November 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

 

The grand opening will feature free food, music, games, face painting, and other activities.  Tours of the new facility will also be provided.

 

North Hall Park includes a community center, four Little League baseball fields, a running track, walking trails, a multipurpose field, and a children's play area.  Inside the community center, visitors will find basketball courts, a fitness center, a technology center, an indoor track, a game room, and meeting rooms.  The technology center includes a help desk, coffee shop, meeting rooms, private study rooms, as well as rooms specifically designed for use by children and teenagers.

Bark Parks
Hall County Parks and Leisure currently has two Bark Parks!  Laurel Bark Park is open from sunrise to sunset and has designated areas to accommodate both large and small dogs.
 
Mulberry Bark Park is currently closed for reseeding and will reopen once this process is complete.
 
Please make sure that your four-legged friend is current on their vaccinations and at least six months of age.  Dogs can only be off leash within the designated fenced areas.

 

Mulberry Bark Park is located in Mulberry Creek Park (4491 JM Turk Road in Flowery Branch).  Laurel Bark Park is located in Laurel Park (3100 Old Cleveland Highway in Gainesville).

Instruction on the basics of tennis, basic strokes, and preparation.

10U: Structured, supervised play, and lots of fun!  The QuickStart play format uses lower compression balls that bounce lower, don't move as fast, and are easier to hit.
