Our goal each month will be to find something to interest, educate, or entertain you for a few moments.  

We will be listing new products on the market, answering common technical questions, sharing amusing customer stories, and advising you of special deals or near give-a-ways we are running.  Since the focus is on YOU, your feedback on how we're doing, and suggestions on what you'd like to see or share, are absolutely welcome.

 

In the coming months I will also be announcing what we're calling a "Reverse Auction". We will pick a product, a part, an accessory or an item of memorabilia, put a price on it and put it on our web page.  You will be able to purchase that item immediately by either calling our toll free number or by sending an e-mail.  The first person to contact us, will win that item. Perhaps once a day, twice a day, or even once an hour, the price for this item will be REDUCED.  You will get to decide how much you would like to pay for any item you are interested in, and then watch the price come down to where you want to purchase it.  Interesting, huh? More details to follow.

Tech Department: Axle Identification 

 

One of the questions we hear most often is "How can I determine what axles I have?"    

 

Dana, who's axles were used on just about every Jeep, has the model # stamped right on the "housing", at about the 4 o'clock position, on the side of the housing where the cover attaches.   (See picture below). 

A wire brush or heavy duty scotch brite pad should help make identification pretty easy.   With this information, we should have no problem getting you the parts you need to repair your axles or to replace them.

Did You Know?  New Custom Laminated DOT Certified Windshields!
 
We are currently working with Guardian Automotive Products, the largest automotive glass producer in the world. In progress is a laminated DOT certified windshield. The windshield will be cut to fit your CJ2A frame. The "Willys" original script and original Willys logo will be imprinted on the glass! (See Below) While not a stock item, what a great way to finish off your restoration project.  Available exclusively from Willys-Overland Motors, these windshields should be available soon.

 Happy Jeeper ! Meet Lynn Warner, fellow Jeeper! 

Being the largest supplier of Jeep replacement bodies, we ship our product all over the country and all over the world.  Many customers, however, who live close enough to drive, do come to Toledo to pick up their bodies.  I think his body language and the look on his face show how happy Lynn Warner, from Indiana is with his new CJ2A Repli-Tub.  It really is the appreciation of our customers that is the best part of our jobs here.
