Lauren Ault of Palm Bay International has provided you with a list of the wines (in italics) that were poured with each course at our fundraiser:

 

Reception CourseLunetta Prosecco

 

Second course: Laboure Roi Pouilly Fuisse

 

Maine lobster with black truffle quinoa & lemon crisp& House made duck sausage

 

Third courseBertani Valpolicella

 

Roasted squab with sweet potato beet, corn medley

& Veal shortcake with brown butter gravy & whipped black pepper cream

 

Fourth CourseKillka Malbec by Salentein Winery

 

Seared halibut sautéed greens, Carmelites onions & house tartar

& Grilled lamb chop with chanterelle risotto & scallion oil

 

Dessert: Roscato Rosso

 

Here's where you can find these wines:

 

The Lunetta Prosecco & Roscato Rosso are both available in most supermarkets, the NH state liquor stores and, as is the case for all of these wines, always available as a special order item at your local fine wine retailer. They will usually be able to get product for you within a couple of days.
