New Plaque Design Approved!
Ogunquit Select Board Approves Plaque Design

Greetings!

Artist Rendition

Two visitors shown at right read the new Geology Sign on the Marginal Way. An artist's rendition shows what it would look like if two people were standing near the plaque area. Plans call for 250 donor names displayed on top of natural stones. [Lindsey Architects]

Be among the first donors to secure a space on one of a limited number of new plaques being added to the Marginal Way!

After more than a year of study, the Marginal Way Committee and the Ogunquit Select Board approved the proposed location and design for donor recognition plaques.  This is the motion that was approved.

You may now recognize friends or family by affixing their name on the first of ten plaques approved for an area near the Geology sign. Check out the full story.

What people say about the Marginal Way...

"Marginal Way in Ogunquit is the most peaceful place in the world.  During two rounds of chemo my solace was on the Marginal Way.  Thank you to the town and its benefactors for keeping it maintained."
