The Ogunquit Marginal Way Town Committee and members of the Marginal Way Preservation Fund Board are in the process of selecting a location and preparing concept drawings for a commemorative donor site.
If you would like to reserve space for your family, please send a refundable deposit of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), payable to the Marginal Way Preservation Fund. We will keep you informed about this opportunity to give to the Endowment.

Join Dr. Arthur Hussey, Geology Professor Emeritus, Oct. 18, for a free lecture to learn more about the Marginal Way's unique rock formations. Meet at the new Geology Sign, near Marginal Way Bench #32, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 18.

The Beachmere Inn will give you 30% off select ocean view rooms and suites, Sunday through Thursday nights, from Nov. 4-20 and from Nov. 25-29, if you donate $50 to the Marginal Way Preservation Fund. when you check in. A two-night minimum stay is required. For a stay longer than three nights, donate another $50 to continue your discount. The Beachmere Inn rooms and suites have private decks and sweeping ocean views, with direct access to the Marginal Way. A continental breakfast is included. Thank you, Beachmere!

Giving to the Marginal Way Through Your Will
Many individuals ask how they can include the Marginal Way in their wills. A bequest is often the easiest way for many donors to make a significant contribution to the Marginal Way Preservation Fund.
Besides cash, you may also leave stocks, bonds, life insurance, retirement assets, real estate and personal property to the Marginal Way Preservation Fund.
The form below is an example of how you might include the Marginal Way Preservation Fund in your will and become members of our Legacy Society.
