Happy HOT summer to y'all! I don't know about you, but we are COOKING here in Boise. We've been hovering around 100 for days now - brutal! But, along with the heat comes a fine time to make some very cooling, nourishing and simple recipes.

Being as today is National Watermelon Day, we figured we'd better find some interesting watermelon recipes for you - and we did! Check out the Grilled Watermelon idea, who'dah thunk?! The easiest and coolest - cooling-est? - watermelon idea for Extravagonzo is to just chunk up some watermelon into 1"+/- squares and drizzle some Blood Orange oil on them. It doesn't take much, but it sure is good. Add a very small drizzle of Extravagonzo Balsamic and it is a little trip to heaven! Enjoy...

And, since we are on the cusp of fresh corn on the cob season, we found a few ideas for you in that department as well. Once corn season is in full swing, we'll throw a few more at you, too.
