The easiest and one of the most delectable ways to enjoy Extravagonzo is to simply drizzle it onto your summertime food.

Drizzle some Extravagonzo Blood Orange oil on your:

• chunked up watermelon
• bowl of berries -- any berries, but strawberries are out of this world with a bit of Orange oil and top it with the tiniest bit of Balsamic; whoa, good stuff and good for you, too

 

 

It may be early for corn on the cob, but it is coming in from the Southern latitudes. So drizzle any of the Extravagonzo oils over your corn like you would butter, crack some pepper, and add some sea salt -- you'll become a believer. 

 

 

 

Did you say ice cream? Yup, any oil over a good vanilla ice cream -- the Orange is JUST like a creamsicle. Mind bending!

Mom's Extravagonzo Orange Vinaigrette. Let's sling some salads around with Mom's Extravagonzo Orange Vinaigrette! Mom was rarely wrong in the kitchen and she's right on with this one. You can adapt this to any of the oils, too:

• substitute lemon juice/zest with the Meyer Lemon oil 
• use lime juice/zest and 1/2 finely minced jalapeno with the Red Chili oil
• just a little more garlic and lemon juice/zest for the Roasted Garlic oil

Grilling Secret Weapon. Last, but not least, I've unveiled my Grilling Secret Weapon, a "must have" for anyone wanting the luscious flavor of the meat (or seafood, tofu, etc.) to come through with just the right touch of pizzazz. I just finished grilling a steak using the Blood Orange secret weapon, yum!
