It always amazes me how quickly January goes flying by.

Then Punxsutawney Phil ambles out to look for his shadow (which he saw, and true to form, we awoke to snow in Boise this morning; winter is here for another 6 weeks!), and shortly thereafter we celebrate our sweethearts with Valentine's Day!

Well, January is gone and Phil has his sunglasses on, so we'd best concentrate our efforts on our Sweeties for Valentine's Day. Here are a few recipes that will put a spark in your Valentine's dinner, and might just lead into an amorous evening.
And, oh my gosh, there is always that need for a bit of decadence on Valentine's, and we came up with a beautiful Extravagonzo Balsamic Panna Cotta recipe, this one should pluck a few heart strings...
