Book Fair Bistro is Open in the Cafeteria!
Happy Thursday friends... tonight our Book Fair Bistro is open before and after (5:30 to 8PM) the special presentation by Ms. Whitt & Meadows' teachers Mrs. Granberg and Mrs. Legaspi on the new Leveled Reading program being implemented across all grades. This is a parent only event so please plan on doing some secret shopping in the book fair for the kiddos, extended family and yourselves!! Did you know that beyond great, great books for kids K - 6 we have:
- Selection of "Fun" items (erasers, crystal kits, sticker books, rulers, etc) that make good stocking stuffers and Hanukah gifts.
- A really nice adult book section with bestselling novels, parenting, and cooking books? Plus books by our own Meadows' parents Lisa Becker ("Click" series) and Lori Cedergreen ("Ripple" and "Gravity")!
- Thursday hours: 7:30 AM to 3PM & 5:30 PM to 8PM (closed during parent meeting).
Here's the schedule for tonight:
- 5:30-6pm: Book Fair Open
- 6-6:30: PTA Meeting (Book Fair Closed)
- 6:30-7: Reading-Focused Parent Ed and Q & A (Book Fair Closed)
- 7-8pm: Book Fair Open
