Party Book Event - Superfoods! - This Sunday!
 Jayne Justice - SUPERFOODS .. what are they? how to incorporate?
Learn all about the MOST nutrient-rich foods on the planet. Some you have heard of , some you have not. They are extremely tasty and satisfying, superfoods have the ability to tremendously increase the vital force and energy 0f one's body, , are the optimum choice for improving overall health, boosting the immune system, elevating serotonin production, enhancing sexuality, and cleansing and alkalizing the body. Superfoods meet and exceed all our protein requirements, our vitamin and mineral requirements, essential fatty acid requirements and more. Superfuel your body to get super energy !! There will be food sampling, handouts, recipes and a superfoods cocktail (with alcohol!) and snacks. Come and enjoy this fun and informative workshop.

Father Daughter Dance Tickets On Sale Today
 The Sweet Dreams in Candyland dance is on Friday, February 28th in the MBMS Multipurpose Room from 5:30-8:30. Put on your cutest jammies or your sweetest dress-up outfits for food, treats, raffle prizes, crafts and FUN! Tickets will be on sale at the ice cream social this afternoon. $10 per person presale, $15 per person at the door.
Please consider signing up for a volunteer slot to help make this event a success.
