Last Day for the Dog Supply Collection 
Today is the last day that the Meadows 4th grade Girl Scout Troop 3605 is collecting dog toys, food, and blankets for a dog shelter. Please put these items into the gift wrapped boxes outside our front office .

Patch Competition- we need your vote! 
Mrs. Michael's micro-gravity team held a competition at each school to create the NASA patch for them to wear while they are doing their experiment in July. The finalists of the MicroGravity Patch competition have been selected! It was a VERY difficult choice, with more than 50 entries, but congrats to Rohil Dave and Katelyn Lowry/Fiona Thomas, whose patches were the Meadows selections!
Now we need ALL of Meadows' help! Go to http://polldaddy.com/poll/7023221/ and vote on which patch you think should be created into the REAL patch for Mrs. Michael and her team to wear! Got Talent? Manhattan Village has a competition! 
Manhattan Village is giving students an opportunity to showcase their outstanding works created throughout the 2012-2013 school year. Between April 22 and May 12, 2013, project displays and performances from participating schools will take place at Manhattan Village.
Project must be submitted by April 17th and space is limited. Projects may be submitted by students, their parents, teachers, or directors, either individually or collectively as a class or team.
Submissions are worth 500 points per student. In addition to receiving extra points, the school with the most submissions will receive an additional $500 toward its school's earnings! For more information and to enter, click here. |
