Greetings!
We are definitely in the swing of summer here. Things are VERY HOT and we are in some desperate need of rain. We have experienced that the sprinkler systems needed adjustments to accommodate for the dry and hot weather, so expect high utility bills if your community has a lawn irrigation system. The only benefit to this rain is you may be saving some money by not mowing!
We have been very busy with summer projects throughout all of our communities. In addition to our daily roles, we are looking forward to our first Annual, Client Appreciation Golf Outing. We have been blessed to have a number of vendor sponsorships and an outpouring of registered Board Members to golf. We also want to encourage all who do not wish to golf, that all are welcome to join us for lunch even if you do not golf. Lunch will follow the golfing and is expected be from 2:30-4pm, located at the IMA Brookwood's lower level of the clubhouse. We will have hotdogs, brats, chicken, beans, chips and beverages for everyone! The deadline to register is August 1, so for all event details or to register, please click here.
In other very exciting news, our new website www.cummingsmanagement.com has been launched. We have been working on this for several months and ask all to take a look at it and let us know what you think about it. If you have never been on our site, please peruse around and look what our website has to offer. Our website has several helpful resources for your community and also information from our industry.

| Meet your Accountant |  | |
Carmen Kratz is our internal accountant here at Cummings Management. She has been with the Cummings team for 2.5 years and has over 25 years experience in both public and private accounting. She is very busy in and out of the office. In her spare time she loves volunteering at Adopt-A-Pet and playing the Ukulele. She also loves spending time with her 2 dogs (Malachi and Roxy), and her 3 cats (Sheba, KC and Boo).
