Does anyone else find irony in the fact that the Movie Noah was released during this rainy season? Conincidence or not, if anyone has been wondering what our office has been doing recently, we have been dealing with heavy workloads of roof leaks, basement leaks, flooded lawns, floating grass seed and a myriad of other items related to rain. We appreciate your patience as Board Members as I am sure that the owners have been a bit restless as well.

Below you will see the details of the our upcoming Seminar as well as a recap of the recently held Seminar that was titled, "Financial Statements & Beyond." The "Beyond" portion of that Seminar was centered on a new system our office is utilizing to pay all invoices. It is an exciting way for our Treasurers to have access to the invoices paid and run reports that helps to streamline their review of bills paid as well as for budgeting purposes. Be sure to read the details below and help me pray for drier weather!

We have outsourced our invoice processing to a company named StrongRoom Solutions. What that means is that the invoices vendors use to send to our office now go to this new location which oversees the process of approving invoices, all the way to payment. We tested this new system throughout the summer of 2013 and have now been fully live across all our clients since October of 2013.

One of the many benefits to this new system is that it allows our clients to view the invoices that we are approving as well as run reports on past paid invoices by vendor or by expense category. This functionality expands on the reports that are posted monthly on the web portals for each client and provides an interactive environment for our Board Members.
