Welcome back everyone who left for the winter months! We are excited to be busy again with your Association's goals for 2013. The rains have kept many contractors either busy with leaky roofs and basements or very slow, keeping them out of the landscaping. We look forward to a more normal summer season and hopefully avoid another drought. Now is the time to start reviewing with your manager what you would like to accomplish this summer. Take a look at your budget and see where you can squeeze a few extra pennies into some projects to beautify your community.
