In Like a Lion and Out Like a Lamb

It seems wrong to complain about this cold snowy March weather following the mild winter of 2012, but with the arrival of the first day of spring, we all deserve a break. Spring signifies for managers attendance at the state CAI conference, planning site visits, reviewing budgets to see if snow and salting budgets derailed the maintenance game plans and for some communities, plans for spring Annual Meetings. We continue to focus on risk management this month and turn our concentration to Insurance. This month's newsletter focuses on the importance of proper coverage for both the Association and the homeowners.
