Looking Ahead to a Happy and Productive New Year

Happy New Year to all of our directors. Another year is behind us and we are looking forward to a very productive 2013. Given the many perils that condominium associations face on an annual basis we have decided to focus on Risk Management this year. The overlying theme to our seminar series, monthly newsletters, and Blog postings will focus on identifying and assessing risk within your associations. We aim to share our over 35 years of knowledge and experience in this area with our clients and help them to avoid unnecessary loss. We will touch on insurance, legal matters, rules enforcement, proper reserve funding and much more.

Being able to escape to our winter residence in Florida is a great blessing every year. We love to take the much needed time away to recharge the batteries and soak in a little sun. On the flip-side of the coin though is the fact that we go from being condo managers in Michigan to condo owners in Florida.
