Free Baby Grand Piano Available
A 90-year old Adam Schaff hand-carved baby grand piano is available. It was completely restored 19 years ago with new keys and internal parts. For information contact Randy Czarlinsky at czarlinskyr@ajc.org. You will need to arrange transportation.

Board of Pensions Benefits Session - Aug. 2 and 9
PC(USA) has a new benefits plan that changes the way employers select and pay for benefits for employees other than installed pastors. A decision regarding benefits for ALL employees is due no later than Sept. 30. Find out more at one of the information sessions. Tues., Aug. 2 at BJ's Restaurant (1520 Harvey Rd, College Station TX 77598) from 11:00 a.m.-12:45 p.m. and Tues., Aug. 9 at the Presbytery office (1110 Lovett Blvd, Houston TX 77006) from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. RSVP to Rev. Dr. Mark Powell Lectures - Aug. 13
Dr. Mark Allan Powell, New Testament professor at Trinity Lutheran Seminary, will present "New Insights into the Teaching of Jesus" at Houston, St. Philip PC for their 2016 Summer Lectures series. Three lectures and a gathering with young adults will occur on Sat., Aug.13, and Dr. Powell will preach on Sun., Aug. 14. For more information and to RSVP for lunch, visit www.saintphilip.net.

Horizons Bible Study Overview - Aug. 27
Come to Houston, John Knox PC at 2525 N Gessner, Houston TX 77080 on Sat., Aug. 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. They are hosting one of the FREE overviews of the 2016-2017 Horizon's Bible Study, "Who Is Jesus? Postlude for the July 16, 2016, Stated Presbytery meeting is now available on our website. Postlude is published after each Stated Presbytery meeting and is sent to all commissioners at the meeting, pastors, and clerks of session.

Craig Wood, CRE - Pastor at The Woodlands, Alden Bridge - Craig has been hospitalized for an illness.
Rev. Vicky Jones, Member at Large - Vicky is beginning a new six-month chemotherapy regimen for recurrent lymphoma.
Friends and family of Rev. Floyd N. Rhodes - Former General Assembly Vice Moderator - Floyd died on July 23.
Friends and family of Glen Mary Seay - mother of Rev. Fred Seay, pastor of Sugar Land, First PC - Glen died on July 27.
Friends and family of Joel Hurst - son of Rev. Jerry Hurst, former pastor of Missouri City, Southminster PC - Joel died unexpectedly the weekend of July 28.
