Racial Reconciliation
Racial Reconciliation Team Forming
Several teaching elders, ruling elders, and presbytery staff members met on July 13 and July 16, 2106, to discuss options for addressing racism and violence in our nation. If you'd like to participate in this dialogue on racial reconciliation and forming a path forward, please contact Mike Cole at mcole@pbyofnewcovenant.org. Director of Music Ministry
Wanted: Director of Music Ministry 
Lufkin, First PC is seeking a Director of Music Ministry. The hours and salary will be commensurate with experience and number of hours available to achieve ministry objectives. Presbyterian College Campus Ministries
We want to help connect new and returning college students with Presbyterian campus ministries across the country! With your students' permission, we ask you to send us their names and contact information via one of two ways: by filling out this Google spreadsheet or by emailing one of the following: Rev. United Campus Ministry of Greater Houston - UH Campus
If you have a student that is or will be attending the University of Houston, Stephen Cottingham invites you to reach out to him. He's the Director of Students for United Campus Ministry of Greater Houston serving the University of Houston campus. Stephen reaches out to students, inviting them to add their gifts and presence to this pluralist ministry. Congregations are invited to participate in New Beginnings, an in-depth consultation and leadership training process. Debra Santens, daughter of TE Robert Rush at Tomball, First PC - Debra is having extensive surgery on Wednesday.
 
TE Gayle Perkins, Honorably Retired - Gayle was in an automobile accident a couple of weeks ago and will have a lengthy recovery period. She worships at The Woodlands Community Presbyterian Church.
 
Friends and Family of RE David N. Shell - David was an elder at Timber Ridge, Spring Branch, and St. Giles churches and former President of Board of Directors of Brazos Presbyterian Homes. He died on May 6.
 
Friends and Family of Former General Assembly Moderator TE Jack Rogers - Jack died on July 13.
