Rodger Nishioka comes to town
Rodger, Associate Professor of Christian Education at Columbia Theological Seminary and author of numerous resources in educational ministry, will be the keynote speaker at the presbytery meeting Mar. 21. He will be helping us better understand what it means to engage our community....both internally and externally - as individual churches live out our presbytery vision. Rodger is an expert on understanding the generational shifts in church and culture and helps us think theologically and practically about the implications of these changes in our context.
The following day, Sun., March 22, at 10:50 a.m. Rodger will preach at Spring Branch Presbyterian, Houston. Youth groups from across the presbytery will come for worship at Spring Branch Presbyterian and then have time with Rodger on the topic, "What it means to be a Presbyterian today" at the PYCC Spring Youth Rally. |
