Belief and confusion are not mutually exclusive; I believe that belief gives you the direction in the confusion. But you don't see the full picture. That's the point. That's what faith is. You can't see it. It comes back to instinct. Faith is just up the street. Faith and instinct, you can't just rely on them. You have to beat them up. You have to pummel them to make sure they can withstand it, to make sure they can be trusted.

Homes needed at Christmas time!
If you are planning to stay in Houston to celebrate the Christmas Season, will you open your home to an international student? Christmas International House (CIH) is a program where international students studying in U.S. universities apply to be a part of this Christmas adventure and then choose which host city they would like to visit.
Students will arrive in Houston around Dec. 18. They will be picked up by CIH most days at a convenient location to visit places of interest in the Houston area. At the end of the day, host families are welcome to join the group for dinner at a church. If you are interested, call Sheryl Tuttle 713-817-5782.
