Discipleship Thoughts
Jesus didn't say "you might be my witnesses," or "you could be my witnesses," or even "you should be my witnesses. He said, "You will be my witnesses."

Charles R. Swindoll

Peace & Global Witness Offering/World Communion Sunday

A portion of the Peace & Global Witness Offering (formerly Peacemaking Offering) received by our congregations on World Communion Sun., Oct. 5, will be used by the presbytery to fund the second year of a Peacemaking Ministry Associate position at the Hand in Hand school in Jerusalem and to fund scholarships to the school.

Individuals and congregations are encouraged to make contributions apart from the Peace & Global Witness Offering. Direct donations may be made payable to the Presbytery of New Covenant, 1110 Lovett Blvd, Houston, TX 77006 - designate your gift on the memo line to "Hand in Hand School."       World Communion Bulletin Insert
