 | REVIVAL THOUGHTS |
Shall I give you yet another reason why you should pray? I have preached my very heart out. I could not say any more than I have said. Will not your prayers accomplish that which my preaching fails to do? Is it not likely that the Church has been putting forth its preaching hand but not its praying hand? Oh dear friends! Let us agonize in prayer.

Federal tax-exempt status issue
If your church receives a letter from the IRS or a state taxing authority referencing possible revocation of exempt status, please do not ignore the letter concerning failure to file an annual information report (IRS Form 990). While it may be that no such submission was due, an incorrect coding by a taxing authority could lead to the revocation of tax-exempt status and the necessity to reapply in order to reinstate this necessary status for the furtherance of ministry.
If you receive a letter from the IRS, please retain the letter and contact April Davenport, Associate General Counsel, Presbyterian Mission Agency
(502-569-5350) or Rebecca Rayner, Senior Paralegal (502-569-8021).
The Legal Office of the Presbyterian Mission Agency may be able to provide a referral to an attorney in your jurisdiction if such a referral is needed.
