New prescription drug cards coming in December
Catamaran will replace Express Scripts as the Board's Prescription Drug Program service provider, effective Jan. 1, 2014. The move is cost-effective in that it will not increase expenses to the Medical Plan while maintaining the basic provisions of the program.
Members will receive new Pharmacy Benefits Card mid-December, but until then members should continue to use their Express Scripts card for prescriptions, immunizations, and flu shots. Questions? Contact Forbes Baker, Director of Finance.
