This week has been fairly active from anniversaries to new beginnings ...

Doggie (Derek Brown) is flat out with field days in the wet and rep runs in between, big Aussie (Greg Melville) is supporting him carting the stock to the show then picking up salvage for the stores while it's on.

The pre season orders are coming in and the containers are landing as we speak!  Get your orders in now and take advantage of the savings!!!

Ronny Bedford has been in WA supporting the guys in that store ... Just as Ron comes home Dan Pasfield will go over.  What I love about this team is the support they give each other.  It's outstanding to be a part of a group that cares for each other like this.  We will all have a stint in WA right up until Christmas so if you are from the west during harvest you'll probably talk to someone from the east ... Go easy on us.

New announcements


Firstly congratulations to Grant Wilson for ten years with Neil's Parts in the Gawler store, what a great achievement ... Grunter has worked his way through the store to be the assistant manager, thanks for your effort and commitment and I look forward to many more mate.



I have some welcome messages to announce ...

Welcome to Shane Potter in WA, Shane has taken on the role of Western Australian Business Development Manager & Rep.  He's hit the ground running and I can tell you the team loves him.  If you are in the west you may have run into Shane at some point if not I'm sure you will, he's a farmer and been in Ag industry for a very long time.  We are proud to have him on board and we look forward to his help with the young team in that store.




We also want to welcome Dean Butters back to the team, his energy and passion is a pleasant and refreshing addition to the store.  Hook in Deano!!!






Back to the East!

I'd like to welcome a guy to our team we have chased for a while, he's a great guy with heaps of knowledge a level head, plenty of passion and he comes from great stock!  James Jones has started with us driving the T650 out of the Toowoomba store, but not just that, he's a mechanic by trade so he is going to help Ron manage the maintenance of both trucks giving us a more structured, cost effective and safe transport division.  James has spent the last few days getting the old girl tidy and I can tell you she looks like you could eat off the floor ... In time I'm positive she will look new again.

He's done his first load, a baptism of fire from central QLD.  A drag up articulated monster and he ate that job up for breakfast ...


Welcome to the team James, I look forward to your positive input in helping us expand our fleet, maintain our salvage levels, move our parts and cart external products in between.  Driving for Neil's is not just a driving role, you feed the stores so they can supply the parts!  I know you will be an asset when you are working closely with Ron and Aussie to help us get our fleet on the move!

She has always driven well , she looks good mate, I can't wait to see them both together shining!
