This is the last newsletter before the Christmas and New Year breaks.

Firstly I'd like to let you know that those of you still harvesting will still be able to enquire and buy parts over the holiday period during the public holidays, just call us and the phone will either be diverted to someone or you can leave a message and someone will call you back as soon as humanly possible.

Secondly, if you need 2016 Pre-Season Cotton, Sorghum or Cane Parts call our Toowoomba, Dubbo or Corowa stores for a quote today and take advantage of the savings.

Over the coming weeks most people are winding down for Christmas and New Year, that doesn't mean we stop thinking, try to stay safe on the roads or when working on the farm so as not to cause injury or even loss of life.

It's a time to rest and relax so we can move forward to 2016 refreshed and ready to go, stay on top of things and keep everyone safe during the festive season.  Every day we look at ways to make it better for you to deal with us and that will not stop next year.  Thank you for supporting us in 2015 and I hope we can continue to support you for many years to come.

I will be heading up to Charters Towers on behalf of Neil's Parts and Gulf Western Oil for the NYE PBR so if you are up in the north come and see the last PBR for 2015, we will have the supercharged Falcon there for all to see and "HEAR" and "Reride" will be there as well. 
Thank you for doing business with us over the years, we appreciate your patience in harvest and your appreciation and gratitude when we get you out of trouble or save you money.  We also appreciate your honesty and feedback when we don't get it right and we will always endeavour to do our best to rectify the problems.  We never take your support for granted and we look forward to providing the same or better service in 2016.
