Greetings!

Well, it's been a while since I've sent out a newsletter and when you see the list of new products below, you'll understand why!  LOL!  So many fun things have been have been coming in and finding places to stick everything has been interesting.  We've been moving stuff all over the store!  I'm sure glad someone else does most of the heavy work.  I'm lucky to have his help!

Christmas Card Series 
Sparkle & Shine Pinecone 
Our next installment of the Christmas Card Series is here.  It's a drop in session from 12-4.  You will make 3 of these cards for only $10.  This card features a cool flip-it card die from Sixxiz, Elizabeth Crafts  Dies & Glitter and a bonus easy technique for making that eye-catching pinecone!  Please let me know if you will be coming so I can make sure to have a kit set aside for you :)

Please bring your basic tool kit, tweezers, fine tip glue bottle, and foam tape

Did You Know...
I recently heard that Ranger has discontinued their melting pot :(  I have a few left in the store and I'm not sure if we'll be able to get more in.  If you've been thinking about this cool tool, now is the time to pick one up...

***But I was happy to hear they will continue to have the UTEE (ultra thick embossing enamel) available (I love this stuff!)

Lawn Fawn The new Lawn Fawn release has soooo many cute stamps and dies.  We also got in the full range of new papers and the woodgrain notecards.  Lawn Fawn sample cards are smaller than an A2 and the woodgrain notecards are the perfect size for all the cuteness.

Need some new ideas for "guy themed cards". This class will give you a variety to keep in your stash and use later. Some new dies will be used including an old car from the 50's, tools for the handyman and a beautiful nautical themed card. We will also add a finishing touch to one card using the "spritzer" which is lots of fun. New corner punches will be used for the first time.

 

Bring to class basic kit, foam squares, detail scissors and fine sandpaper.

 

Garden Club - Poinsettia $25

Welcome Gardeners (Paper Gardeners, that is!)  This "class" is going to be run more like a club, featuring Susan's Garden Dies.  Each month we'll meet and you'll learn how to make the flower of the month as well as get the die as part of your club fee.  Then create something fun to bring with you the following month to share featuring the flower from the previous month.  The goal of this club is to learn these great flowers, get inspiration from your fellow Gardeners, and get in a little afternoon/evening socializing time!

 

***We will be voting on the flowers for November, December, & January

Please bring your thick quick dry glue, pan pastels & tools (if you have them) and flower forming tools and mats.

 

Simple Stories Album in an Evening - Legacy

September 19th 5:30-8:00  $45 - 2 spots left

 

If you are a fan of Simple Stories or pocket scrapbooking, you will want to join us for this fun evening.  In just a few hours we will be completing this great album designed by Simple Stories.  This class is great for all levels and a perfect way to get started if you want to try pocket scrapbooking.  This project features the brand new Legacy line from Simple Stories and will include everything to make the project.  There's lots of opportunities to embellish the pages even more later if you would like. 

Directions are included, kits are available

PS.  Your book will not include the orange paint splattered across the front, unless you leave it close to "you-know-who" when he is crafting...

Christmas Cards with Donna  $23

It's only September but definitely not too early to think about Christmas cards. Get a jump start so you aren't scrambling at the last minute. These cards include a couple unique folds you will enjoy making. Learn how to take a simple die and make it into a beautiful card with dimension. One of the cards you might want to keep for yourself and watch the glow of light flicker behind the vellum tree. Only 2 classes will be given so don't miss out on this one!
