5. Quilt Show Hostesses and Greeters - Mar. 5-7

IHQS The Indiana Heritage Quilt Show, which will take place from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 5, 6 and 7, draws upwards of 4,000 attendees thanks to the beautiful quilts on display, classes taught by nationally recognized instructors, and scores of vendors from throughout the Midwest. Two or three hour assignments are available for White Glove Hostesses, Ticket and Merchandise Sales, Entry Gate Monitors, and the Stow & Go coat check room. Sit-down positions can be requested. Volunteering at the show is a fun way to meet new friends and share the hospitality that is Bloomington's hallmark. Volunteers receive a free one-day admission to the show - an $8 value! Minimum age is 16; 13 if with an adult. If you can help, register online at http://www.ihqs.org/2015-volunteer-information/ or send an email to volunteers@ihqs.org indicating your preference for day, time, and assignment.
