One of the requirements for full recognition is the approval of bylaws that meet AKC requirements. The bylaws must be voted and approved by the membership of MASCUSA and approved by AKC. The link below will take you to the proposed bylaws. They have already undergone a first review by AKC and some minor changes were implemented at their request. At this time the Board would like the membership to review the proposed bylaws and come to the Town Hall Meeting where any and all questions will be addressed, concerns discussed, and proposed modifications taken into consideration.
