The annual membership meeting will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. CST. If you are going to Nationals you will have an opportunity to be present at the meeting even if you choose not to attend the awards banquet. If you are unable to attend in person, you may call in at (312) 340-6650, Participant Code 276249, to participate. The agenda for the meeting will be as follows: 1) Roll Call

3) Registry Report
4) Any other reports-committee reports, etc.
